President Trump makes brief stop in Hawaii after historic summit in Singapore

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Air Force One landed in Hawaii on Tuesday afternoon for a brief refueling stop as the president made his way back to Washington, D.C. after his historic meeting with Kim Jong Un.
President Trump didn't get off the plane in the islands.
A pool report said the president landed at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam about 2:05 p.m.
The refueling of Air Force One took about an hour and a half, and then the president was off again.
The last time Trump was in the islands was during a whirlwind trip last November, before traveling to Asia.
He and First Lady Melania Trump visited the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor and spent the night in Waikiki.
